Noteworthy is the late Dr. Stella Adadevoh whose role is played by renowned Nigerian actress, Bimbo Akintola.

Working with her younger colleagues, her early detection of the disease in a patient and insistence on treating him contributed greatly to limiting the spread of the disease in our nation. This powerful movie has the central themes of triumph, heroism and a country’s determination to rise above the storm.

One of the Producers of the movie, Bolanle Austen-Peters in her statement said, “93 Days is a masterfully crafted story of bravery and sacrifice and is definitely a must see. It showcases the best of Nigeria; it is powerful, gripping and an emotive piece. I am more than proud to have played a part in this project.”

The Lagos State Government’s rapid response and collaboration with other well-meaning organisations in combating the deadly virus earned this notable event the theme, The Power of COLLABORATION. This movie tells the story of greatness and drives home the importance of unity in conquering and overcoming challenges.

Speaking on The House on the Rock Partnership with these notable bodies, the Senior Pastor of all House on the Rock Churches, Pastor Paul Adefarasin said, “House on the Rock’s mission is to work together with everyone that is invested in building a transformed nation, a better Nigeria, and this essence ties strongly into the courage displayed by Dr. Stella Adadevoh and her colleagues who brought hope to a nation that was being threatened by devastation, at the expense of their own lives. This is the kind of love and sacrifice that can truly bring transformation to all.”

The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), widely recognized for showing the most outstanding films from around the world, has selected 93 Days for screening at the Isabel Bader Theatre in Toronto, Canada this week.

93 days is definitely a movie to see and will be remembered.

Media Partners: 360 Nobs, Accelerate TV, Bella Naija, Channels TV, Ebonylife TV, Guardian TV, The Guardian, OMENKA, Pulse Ng, Spice TV, Red TV, Style Vitae, YNaija, Olorisupergal, City People, WFM, Genevieve Online, Top Radio and Inspiration FM.
Precious Ikpozahttps://plus.google.com/116297984338289263872[email protected]0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2920693375559532055.post-85474269065239672962016-09-05T12:21:00.001+01:002016-09-05T12:21:29.731+01:007 Best Apps for Getting Movies on Android

7

1. Vidmate
Vidmate App is a free video downloader which helps you to watch most recent Movies and Music for nothing

Vidmate highlights:
- Vidmate will download recordings in parallel part to increment and quicken the downloading rate of the video.
- You can respite, resume and break the downloading design on the off chance that it's bolstered by the site.
- You can have the choice to stop, erase and restart the downloading activity at whatever point you need.
- This application will permit you to bolster the downloading of the huge record application that can be more than 1 GB.
- It will bolster numerous versions like MP4, FlV, MOV, AVI, WMV, 3GP, MPEG and so forth.
- You can download various recordings at the same time.
- The downloading will appear out of sight.
- This application will consequently distinguish the connection of the program.
- It has additionally the alternative of erasing the recordings on the off chance that you don't have any storage room.
- Support around 50,000 amazing songs.
- Covers every single local dialect and you can download melodies in numerous dialects according to wish.
- See the motion pictures without buffering and it gives a continuous becoming aware of the melodies.
- Download recorded games video with no risk with this application.
- You can download different TV stations too.

Visit/ Download Vidmate Here

2. TubiTV
You can watch movies and TV series for free on TubiTv. Some Symbian phones have been known to work for days without you needing to charge the batteries, but Smartphones (Androids, Windows and iOS) have a huge appetite for battery ‘juice’.

Come to think of it, although the Curiosity Rover presently on Planet Mars has a battery that weighs about 5kg, it can power the rover for a minimum of 14years. Ahah! I guess you would want such a battery for your devices too. Lol. Sorry to burst your bubbles, the scientists in the Smartphone-Club are yet to think of such project. Pending that time, all you need do is to adhere strictly to the following suggestions:

1. Avoid leaving your Bluetooth on idly: some phone users are addicted to using their Bluetooth with their hands-free headset and other devices. It makes lots of sense to use your Bluetooth device sparingly.

2. Don’t leave your Wi-Fi on when not in use: your Wi-Fi is the elder brother of your Bluetooth. This will help save your battery life.

6. Avoid leaving apps to run in the background: unlike Symbian phones, smartphones can multitask. This multitasking (running multiple applications simultaneously) is a serious battery killer. It’s like a mother trying to breastfeed more than three infants at once. Some apps (and games) are notorious for battery juice sapping. When such apps are running in the background while you do other things you are actually being unjust to your phone battery. If u shut down apps that are not in use, you battery will be happy (figuratively).

7. Limit the use of ‘Vibrate’: for a fact, vibration consumes more battery juice than ringtones. You can actually feel this when you hold your phone while it vibrates. Rather than use vibration at all times, if you wish not to be disturbed it’s advisable to switch off all notifications then keep the phone in view so that you can easily see the blinking light when calls or messages come in.

8. Embrace Power-Saving modes: all smartphones have power-saving features. Some have applied multiple times and got negative results.
There have been cases of bloggers who ‘downed their tools’ after being rejected by Google AdSense team. If you blog for fun and as a hobby, you won’t feel dejected if such happens to you since there are alternatives to AdSense. You just need to dust your fallen self up and move on. He who fights and run away lives to fight another day.

From my personal experience and that of those in my bloggers' community, it is obvious that Google has fiercer codes of conduct for ‘Naija’ bloggers right now. It is like hunting, you need to differentiate when to pause and wait from when go for the kill. If you really must apply for AdSense now, get experienced webmasters and Google experts to check for errors before you give it a shot.

Meanwhile, there are viable AdSense alternatives that you can ‘approach’ for monetization. AdSense is not the only ad network. Okay?! Advertisers abound, and they need numerous ad companies to help them reach their myriads of potential customers. The Naija thorough-breeds will say ‘at all, at all na im bad pass’. Better have something than nothing.

Although this post will dwell on AdSense alternatives, it is imperative I point out that bloggers do well when they personally source for adverts and sponsored posts. Many self-made bloggers have gained healthy incomes from that venture.

As you wait for AdSense approval or enjoy your blogging habits, you can check out the following AdSense alternatives:

1. Media.net
This is one of the best alternatives for AdSense. As AdSense is to Google so is Media.net to Yahoo. It enables publishers to earn money from advertising revenue. Just like AdSense, getting approved is tough. You daily traffic must be very fat and it’s not for newbie blog of days or weeks old.

Presently, you can only get into the network via an invitation.
CLICK HERE TO REQUEST FOR INVITATION

2. Revenuehits
This ad company is not on same par with AdSense, not even close, but you can make some income through them. It’s a Performance base Ad Network that helps publishers to generate more revenue.

The down side is that you should not expect easy quick money. The company is a sort of middleman between publishers and advertisers. All they get from you is about 25% of the transaction.

Before your site can get approved however, you must both of mammoth traffic. Did I say getting them to approve your site is tougher than getting AdSense to approve you? Well, I just did. You can give it a shot.
SIGN UP HERE

5. Bidvertiser
Bidvertizer pays per click. You get paid for every click your website/blog visitors make on adverts they see on your site. The platform has given nice income to many bloggers over the years. The little issue here is that you may need to spend some money to get advertisers to notice your site. Its not a ‘rush and earn’ ad network. You need to really be patient.

Their minimum pay-out is $10 for PayPal or Payza and $50 for cheque or moneygram.
SIGN UP NOW

6. Propeller Ads
This is one of my favourites Adsense alternative. Adblabla?
Ahahaha! Yeah, sure. Adblabla is a tested AdSense alternative. The Adblabla free ad network was built to provide free online advertisement to blogs and websites in Nigeria and the rest of Africa. If you allow them to place banner advertisement or content from their users on your website or blog, they will in turn place your adverts or promote your blog posts on someone else's website or blog for free. You get online credits for running other blog ads on your site, this credits make you ads to run on over 3,000 websites/sites on the Adblabla Network.

Aside that, they periodically dish out ‘sponsored posts’ to their members. A sponsored post is a full page article about people’s products and services. This article is published permanently on 1000+ blogs on their ad network. They pay you to make those posts for them on behalf of their clients. I have personally benefited from this many times over. They also have forums where bloggers meet to share ideas. Another good side of this company is the Publisher’s personal Dashboard. It intrigues me to see well-coordinated statistics, far more complex but easy to understand dashboard when compared to foreign ad companies.
CLICK TO JOIN ADBLABLA

Is there a good Google AdSense alternative that was not mentioned on this posts? Despite this fact, most of us just stay glued to current jobs without exploring legal options staring at us in the eyes. We want extra income on a platter of gold but we are not willing to look for the platter of gold first.

In case you're hoping to build your income streams, take heart: Opportunities to procure additional cash flourish for individuals at all levels of experience.

The methods discussed in this post are all very practicable. Look at the alternatives to see what could work for you, watching an anticipated per-hour rate so you can see what might be justified regardless of your time.

1. Demand a raise from your boss
Getting a raise is a fantastic move since it doesn't oblige you to exchange more opportunity for more cash. You are putting in the same measure of time, however pulling a greater pay check. It may sound dumb, but if your firm seriously value you and wants to hold on to you, they will oblige. However, if the reverse is the case, you just shot yourself on the foot.

2. Turn into a part-time driver
In the event that you have wheels, you can make more money by driving during leisure. It is also advisable to hook up with outfits like Uber.

3. Make Jewellery
The feminine folks love their earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces. I have seen women patronizing male braiders rather than the females. There are experiences of Africans in the diaspora making cool income from braiding too. Most school-age females make their hair on weekly basis. if I know that the regular salon charges double the amount a freelancer will charge and am convinced the free-lancer does better hairstyles who would I patronize? Your guess is as good as mine.

5. Do Laundry Service
Do you have a laundry machine at home for your domestic use? Depending on your locality, you can actually help some neighbours to do their laundry at a subsidized rate. You will be competing against full time laundry marts, but don’t feel faint-livered. Whatever subsided rate you wish to charge, remember that your bills for water and power will not smile at you.

6. Offer off your ‘good but no longer useful items’
Most of us stock old and semi-useless things in the house. These could fetch us some income and some space if we trade them off occasionally. There are lots of online markets; just take nice shots then upload with very catchy info and friendly price. Ensure it's an important thing and not only your old garbage.

7. Blog
Get orientation on how and what to blog. Discover a niche that suits your passion. Don’t dive into it blindly. Get to know the nitty gritty. Do some research on how to monetize your blog via AdSense and other alternatives.

8. Sell items at parties
Most parties come up on Saturdays when full time office workers either do not go to work or do not work full day. It is not surprising to see lots of retailers at party spots selling confectioneries, candies and drinks. It is legal to get into the mix. When you ‘think the thought’ you will discover that there are lots of items you can trade at parties. You dont need to start going from street to street looking for parties mind you, your locality must have spots notorious for such activities. You could even recruit some high school students who like to earn some extra income. However, seek the consent of a parent or guardian before ‘contracting’ the minor.

9. Vlog
A Vlog is a blog with all its contents in video form. This too can yield you some income when done right. You also need to get a niche and create for yourself a community. This too, like blogging needs to be studied. Can you make dresses, souvenirs or decorations? What are you waiting for? Make some for friends and family who will ‘appreciate’ your effort then get them to recommend you. They can help to refer/market you. And before you say Jack Robinson some income will start flowing in.
Precious Ikpozahttps://plus.google.com/116297984338289263872[email protected]0
